Shipping policy

Flip Supply ships all items using a tracked and signed for delivery service (Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL and Parcel Force).

Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be processed the same day.

Flip Supply aims to get your order to you within 1-2 working days, however during busier periods it could be 3-5 working days from the time of order. 

All customers will receive a tracking number to their email and will be notified when their order has been shipped.

Flip Supply provides free shipping within the UK. 

International postage costs will depend on the weight and value of the item, this price will be shown at checkout.

If you are based outside the United Kingdom, the following postage timeframes are calculated at checkout.

We use Parcel Force for all International orders.

International buyers may receive a customs charge. Flip Supply is not responsible for this charge and it must be paid by the customer. Failure to pay the customs charge will result in additional charges and the order being returned to us and you will not receive a refund for the initial shipping cost.
