Upon receipt of your order, you will have 14 days to request an exchange or return. If 14 days have passed since receipt of your item, unfortunately you are not eligible to open a request. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in their original condition, including tags/labels attached. 

The customer is responsible for the cost of the return, we recommend shipping with tracked and signed for service – DPD, Royal Mail, UPS or DHL. Please do not use Hermes. 

The item must be sent doubled boxed for protection.

If the item appears to be used we have the right to deny any form of refund.

Please note the item has to be fully inspected and checked prior to processing the refund. This can take up to 72 hours. Once processed, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the payment to be applied back to the original payment method.

Flip Supply are not responsible for any minor glue stains on the shoe. Glue stains are very common across all Nike sneakers. We do not see this as a valid reason for discounts or compensation.

All boxes are checked for any major flaws before shipping.
